Surrender to what is. Say ‘yes’ to life – and see how life starts suddenly to start working for you rather than against you. ~ Eckhart Tolle.

Sometimes you just have to give in. No matter how much you’ve done or how hard you’ve tried to do something, it can all be for nothing. Life has a way of teaching us the bitter lessons of reality. We’ve seen a week of people giving in to the flow of the universe. Once we surrender, we sometimes see where we were going wrong. Trying to swim against the tide is always hardest. When the current carries you with it, your reasoning ultimately ends in surrender to the way your heart feels.

Learning to live and act on our feelings rather than what our head says is a great freedom. Flowing with the circumstances in any situation is generally easier than resisting. Of course there are many times in life, especially when we’re young, when the wrong decision could be shattering. As we grow older though and reflect on our mistakes, we can see clearer ways forward by giving in to the prevailing energy. Our own common sense can often guide us better than the influence of others.

Once we become more accepting of anything and anyone and remove judgement, we find greater harmony in our own heart. Judging others by our own standards is not necessarily the best way to achieve balance in relationships. Feeling frustration towards another person’s action, should lead your thinking back to why you feel that way rather than assuming your way is right. Knowing right from wrong isn’t so clear for everyone, we can only defend what we understand to be correct in any moment.

In death we surrender totally to the unknown. As deeply rooted as our believes may be, they are individual and never necessarily corroborated. We’ll all find out in the fullness of time as we each have our own spiritual awakening. We definitely shouldn’t give up our dreams, but we should all flow more easily towards them by creating a legacy for others not ourselves. is the home of a mission to educate, inspire and empower people to enable fulfillment of their last wishes.

No one wants to live with the regret of not trying to achieve our true destiny. The ultimate purpose of life is to restore us to believe in our own guidance. Every form of growth involves a degree of risk, finding heart freedom through the connection of love requires participation from both sides. Few of us are really logical in the way we live, work, or think. Instead we’re open to the vagaries of everything around us. None of us want to be ruled by our ego or overpowered by the influence of materialism.

There is so much more to life than many of us see on a daily basis. Once we open ourselves to the energies of spirit and emotion the physical side of things falls into place. Restore your inner child, your own guidance and belief in yourself and surrender to the energies of the universe and you’ll see a very difference way of living. At Blissland, we’ve been having some online energy sessions recently that have helped us throw off negativity and surrender to greater powers than ourselves.

Namaste. Om Shanti. In Peace.
